It seems that many players are confronted with Delamain’s phone bug in Cyberpunk 2077. Is there a problem? Well, let’s see.

What is the error in section?
It’s been almost two weeks since Cyberpunk 2077 came out, and I must say it’s probably one of the hardest launches I’ve ever seen in my life. I really don’t want to go back there. Because I’m sure the whole world knows what’s going on.
There are already a lot of bugs in the game, and there are more and more every day. But I’m talking specifically about the Delamain bug or the Delamain bug with every call.
Here is a user of the CDPR forum describing the error:
After completing your search, in which you will pick up the taxis from Delamaine. My phone is so broken now that it shows pictures of Delamain, no matter who I call, and they are cut into strips. This is what’s happening at Delamain headquarters right now.
And here is a Reddit user describing the Delamain bug:
Does anyone else have the virus Delamain has on every call you make? It’s partly because I knock everybody who calls me out. I don’t know how to fix it.
And that’s exactly what’s happening right now. Once the players have completed a task set by Delamen, he appears in each challenge. His face is breaking on top of everyone else’s.
This prevents many players from making or receiving other calls. Delamain’s face is glued to his right side and it won’t go away.
To correct the Delamain error
Update : Patch 1.07 will be available soon. We’ll put the patches here.
So in principle there are many different corrections for this Delamain error. The only problem is that they work for some and not for others. I’ll still try to list all the corrections here.
First correction of Reddit user /Reddit Realist :
So I think I’ve found a solution for Delamain on every phone call. Meet me at Delamain headquarters. SAVE YOUR GAME. Then go inside, talk to him, there must be possibilities. Note that the screen on which Delamen is enabled when he talks to you turns black. Leave the building and go back inside, but this time answer your phone before you go inside and call the Delamain as soon as you enter the building. Then you should be able to resume the conversation with him on the phone, and this time on the screen. After that, leaving the building, there should be a Delamain phone screen error to be stuck in the top left corner. Then reset your score. That should be enough. He did it for me!
The second patch was created by another Reddit /CNFDRT user:
The good thing about mine is that the box was there and his face wasn’t. So I smashed up one of his cars (two sticky pieces) and he called me but sat there looking at me without talking. I went to the highway station and quickly went to any place and she was gone. I hope this helps you solve your problem. I thought I’d lost the longest escape route. If it didn’t work, he’d be gone for nine hours. (Note that this cancels the lateral search for Delimaine).

I repaired my bug by quickly going to Delamain’s headquarters and after logging in I checked all available dialogs. I did this more than 20 hours after the problem started, after he finished his search. It was the first quest I did after the prologue, so I had to manage it for most of the game. A fast route takes you north to Vista Del Rey, at the top of the road to the west and the building should be on your left.
These are all the pieces of work currently available. Of course you can wait until the CDPR releases an official patch. But given the seriousness of the current situation, I wouldn’t count on it. If one of the patches works for you, please share your comments below.
