Why is Dream’s Minecraft Server so popular?
Dream’s Minecraft Server (Dream SMP) was launched a year ago and was known as Dream Team SMP. This is a private multiplayer Minecraft server multiplayer survival whitelist that belongs to the popular Minecraft YouTuber Dream.

The server IP is a unique set of characters that is used to create a protocol between the player and the server. Each server has its own IP address, and in Minecraft players must enter the IP address to join a particular server.
On the contrary, Dream’s Minecraft server also has a unique IP address and without it no Minecraft player can reach its server.
So what is the intellectual property of the Minecraft Dream Server?
This should intrigue you, but the lack of an IP address is not the only thing in Minecraft that prevents a player from connecting to a particular server.
Every server has a so-called white list, and if you are not on the white list, you cannot join the server, even if you know its IP.
What is a white list?
A white list on a Minecraft server can be defined as a list of players who are allowed to play on a particular server. If you are not on the white list, you cannot join the server.
If the white list on the server is disabled, any player with the server’s IP address can register and play. This means that anyone can interfere with your server if they have your server’s IP address.
And yes, server IP leaks are common in Minecraft streaming. So, to avoid any grief, Dream has drawn up a white list on its server, and only a few players / Youtubers approved by Dream can join its server.
So why are players always looking for their intellectual property?
The answer to this question is quite simple, we live in the 21st century. Century and hacking is quite common nowadays.
And there are a lot of criminals in the Minecraft community who can harm the server.
I accept that most of you just want to play with Dream, and that’s why you should look for the IP…. server. As mentioned above, even if you have a server IP address, you cannot join the server unless it has put you on the white list.
