I know Sims 4 still has it. But few TS4 furniture can match the chaos that was TS3.
So, since I can’t get much personality out of the legendary TS4, I’m going to take it out of the optics. Fortunately, the Sims CC community is always ready to offer alternatives.

I don’t know if it’s some kind of pun (get it? “On” the tub?) or if I’m missing a linguistic reference, but it doesn’t matter. Not when the tub looks this good.
I love it when the creators of TS4 CC can combine art and practicality, and this bathtub is a great example.
In fact, these extra corners and platforms that protrude above the main bathtub are perfect for placing essential bath products – shampoo, shower gel, washcloths, bath ducks – within easy reach.
In The Sims, this would be the perfect place for a good old-fashioned bathroom mess.
Cute, thin and indestructible. The $1,004 fakes are worth it.

The bathtub is a nice model of a deep boat that breaks at a slightly pointed end.
The shower wall is frozen glass with open ends and a wall-mounted shower head.
It’s not quite minimalist and not quite avant-garde. In any case, a good mix of the two.

Specifically, wood is a risky material for your bathroom.
It is not as waterproof as porcelain or marble, and it does not dry as quickly as tile. It can easily dry out or cause water damage, and caring for it to maintain its texture, color and luster can be maddening.
Whatever!
There are no such problems in The Sims 4.
No matter what equipment is in your Sim’s bathroom, there are virtually no limits to maintenance and cleaning.
So this 1×1 shower with lightly frosted glass and a beautiful wood back wall (and floor) must be just great.
Wood is one of the most improved textures from Sims 3 to Sims 4, so most (if not all) of the messy wood textures in TS4 are fantastic. This dream shower from pihe89 is no exception.

This DIY shower idea is absolutely bombproof, and the finish is surprisingly impeccable! This means that the shower will remain fully functional no matter how you design it.
It was a pleasant surprise to me.
Most TS4 CC kits that are highly customizable tend to have bugs or glitches. I understand that customization is a difficult concept, so I usually manage my expectations when I see DIY furniture for the Sims 4.
Think IKEA, but a hundred times worse.
Seeing all the elements of this integrated shower – from the door to the two unique shower heads – was a feat in itself. Seeing my Sim genuinely shower in my unique and spacious shower enclosure was like watching a miracle happen.
I tried a simple 1×1 shower (which worked with bb.moveobjects) and a ridiculously large 5×8 shower stall with three wall showers. Both worked flawlessly.
So, yes, I highly recommend this game. 10/10 will continue to play with the pieces.

This article from the CC is exactly as the name suggests. Exactly.
A beautiful bathtub, elegant and almost too extravagant, in black and silver, sculpted like a swan. The preview photo does it justice. But believe me, in play, it’s different.
Congratulations to the creator for finding something original (I don’t think I’ve come across a bathtub shaped like an animal) and making it work without any problem.
How rich does your sim have to be to bathe in such luxury? Maybe Del Sol is rich.
This bath doesn’t belong in Stranger Villa or Glimmerbrook, that’s for sure.

Now it’s a minimalist shower.
If you thought the shower in Soho was open, try this CC bathroom shower zing ung999.
It is essentially an open floor plan.
There is no door, side panels, back wall or ceiling in this shower. All you have is a modern wall unit with a removable shower head, a floating glass shelf (for toiletries and other shower essentials) and a porcelain floor drain.
You can install this shower on any wall, with or without an angle, and it will work perfectly.
With its stylish chrome and futuristic state-of-the-art technology, it is a great addition to any super-modern sim house.

Away from the avant-garde, ultra-modern and high-tech bathroom furniture, there is the Gemini 999 bathtub.
You know how they say beauty is in simplicity? That’s what they mean.
This CC bathtub has no loose fasteners, no fancy details, and no pretty design. The only thing that stands out is the cute and practical slide-out shelf on the front (which looks like a nose, doesn’t it?).
There’s nothing unusual or fancy about it, it’s just a very, very nice bath.
Personally, I think it’s beautiful.
This touch of elegance and refined sophistication makes this “ordinary” bathroom very distinctive.

Forget frosted glass. Straight crystal showers are the future. Maybe they are. At least that’s what this loft bathroom exudes – a ShinoKCR shower.
Like the Bathroom Zing shower enclosure, this CC shower enclosure can be mounted on any wall or in any corner.
And like the Zing bathroom shower, the design leaves little to the imagination.
To compensate for the lack of a splashback, there are of course shower walls and side walls. But the glass panels are so transparent that they might as well not be there. I have to say that, oddly enough, that’s part of the charm of this shower. That, and it looks like a very fancy phone booth.
It may or may not suit you. There are not many souls like this, so this one is definitely unique.

This – this whole vintage bath set is to die for.
Not only is the Ella concept unique, but the products that come from it are beautiful and unique pieces that will be hard to find anywhere else.
The bathtubs in this set are simple, uncomplicated and literally perfect.
Forget polished chrome and fancy water jets. Old wood, worn metal and treated stone reign supreme here.
Each element of each set is so special and so beautiful. These are all visual treatments that would be great for sound libraries and thematic designs.
You can always choose just one of the three sets, depending on what material you prefer, but I strongly recommend you buy all three. They are all beautiful.
Personal favorites are the Graffiti bathtub in the Stone package, the Gradient bathtub in the Metal package, and the Woven Basket bathtub in the Wood package.

Last, but certainly not least, another masterpiece from 1999.
This is a bathroom package (which, as always, can be downloaded in its entirety) with a particularly clever tub-shower combination.
There’s not much to see in the first vignette. But the individual photos of the furniture show it.
The shower is a floating, wall-mounted unit that can literally be placed anywhere on the wall.
The bathtub is a simple but elegant tub that fits perfectly under the overhead shower.
No slicing, no overlapping, no glitches. Just activate bb.moveobjects and voila! A shower that offers the user a fair amount of customization.
At the very least, you can change the color and texture combination of the shower and bath (e.g., black marble bathtub with white shower, pink bathtub with pink gold shower, etc.).
That’s more than most AI vanilla baths!
