The swords-and-sorcery MMORPG Betawatch: Swords of Legend Online is over a year old now and has grown a lot in the past year: In the past, the game had been mainly focused on the European version, in order to help it get enough players from that cultural area. Now, the game has rolled out its western versions, which are in German and English, with other language options soon to come.
For the past few months, a team of developers at a game company in the United States have been working on a new online game for a global audience. This game, which has been dubbed Swords of Legend Online, is a mythical sword fighting game where players can fight with real swords.
As predicted in the credits, it happened! Swords of Legend Online has opened the beta test, which will last until the 25th if you want to participate in this early testing phase. The game’s release is still scheduled for the summer, so it’s safe to assume that most of the testing will be focused on localization. Or the absolute insanity of all PvP game modes; one or the other. Any news about the beta? Yeah, there’s a lot of that this month: So we’re back in the warm embrace of our testing list below, knowing that it’s entirely possible that some game went unnoticed in another testing phase or something. If so, let us know in the comments! In the meantime… the list! As always, we believe that the open MMO is in a testing phase when it offers free public registration and when it sweeps the server before launch. An MMO is in thetesting phase, closed if it is in a closed testing phase that is not freely available to the general public; it is also usually under NDA. MMOs with early access and MMOs with crowdfunding that we believe are seriously testing will be included. So-called open-beta MMOs with online stores, no signs of a western launch, or limited interest to our readers will not be included; nor will we include expansions, with few exceptions.
