- Type of assignment: Strike (Joint)
- Location: Old Russia, Earth.
- Travel time: 10 to 20 minutes
- Size of the fire brigade: 1-3 players
The Fallen are a force to be reckoned with, and if this threat is not eliminated, the Cosmodrome could be in grave danger.
You and your team of firefighters must travel beneath the ruins of the Cosmodrome to find the devil’s lair.
Your team must go deep into the ancient wreckage of the colony’s ship to find its hiding place and put an end to the machine god.
Go to destination
Search for Sepix Prime (Part 1)
They are looking for Sepix Prime and begin a mission to Rocketyard, outside the cosmodrome.
Get in your Sparrow and drive to the crossing or walk there and kill enemies on the way.
You can ignore most of the enemies in this area and, to save time, go straight to the waypoint.
Eliminate the dead in war and hive.
As you follow the path, you’ll encounter the forces of the Fallen and the Hives, who will give you a moment of surprise or even wait for one side to attack you.
Eliminate the other Trap and Hive enemies you encounter and continue your way to the waypoint.
You can wait for the enemies to finish each other off, or you can take out the dead by surprise and take out the Hive troops.
Finding Sepix Prime (part 2)
After defeating the enemies in the crossfire, go to your waypoint and you will see that there are several Hive troops.
Continue fighting the enemies and proceed to the waypoint in search of Sepix Prime.
Deactivation of fall protection measures
After fighting enemies, a series of Fallen Security will appear in your path, blocking your way.
You have to interact with the device at the end of the range to take them out, which Ghost helps by hacking them.
If you come in contact with the Fallen Security device, Ghost will start hacking, but it needs your protection.
Protection against ghosts
Once Ghost cracks the security, you’ll need to fend off several waves of enemies to advance.
There are three instances where opponents must be pushed back as Ghost continues to push the fallen security.
You and your team can take a stand or just defend the area, because the ghost doesn’t die, but the enemies keep invading your shooting team.
Finding Sepix Prime (part 3)
After Ghost is past the security, continue through the building and follow the path.
You are in a facility where you are walking through the blast zone (restricted zone) where there are several fallen enemies.
On your way to the waypoint you’ll encounter several enemies, including 2 Brigas and Walkers.
It seems that Walker and the other Fallen Powers were guarding the entrance to the Devil’s Den (as it says in the game), known as the Ghost Cave.
Eliminate Sepix Prime
In the cave you will find Sepix Prime, and the fight will start immediately, but you have to be careful, because the fallen enemies will help him.
There will be phases where Sepix Prime is invulnerable, and you will have to dodge his attacks and destroy the other fallen enemies.
Sepik’s Prime teleports out of combat after taking damage, sending fallen enemies to attack you again.
In the end, you can easily dodge the attacks of this final boss, defeat the spawn and complete the mission because there are many obstacles to hide behind.
When Sepix summons his servants (Unyielding Servants), he is invulnerable and you must take them out before you do more damage to Sepix Prime.
Tips
- By using traps and hive combat, it’s easier for enemies to kill you, and it’s best to kill them as quickly as possible to progress.
- Sepik’s Prime has a deadly melee attack where he shoots Vortex energy at you or your fireteam, killing you in one hit.
- It’s best to keep your distance from Sepix Prime and his minion and deal damage from a distance to win the boss fight.
Sepik’s Prime can take extra damage if you shoot it in the eye, allowing it to take more precision damage per second.
Summary
If Sepix Prime is defeated, you can secure the city and the traps will be much weaker.
Zavala tells you to stay alert, though, because the traps are cunning and can make even trickier plans later.
By defeating Sepix Prime, you have restored the balance so that the Fallen will not have the upper hand in the City for the time being.
