G.Skill has introduced an all-new Trident Z Neo DDR4 memory kit that will be fully compatible with the new AMD Ryzen 5000 series processors. The memory sets offer speeds up to 4000 MHz, including capacities up to 64 GB and a low latency CL14.
The Neo version of the Trident Z Series has been specifically optimized to improve performance on the AMD Ryzen platform. The offer will vary from high speed, low latency and high capacity kits, with the range of memory kits expected to be available by the end of November.
G.Skill has issued a detailed press release and benchmarks for the new Trident Z Neo memory kits, which are listed below.
G.SKILL, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-performance memory and gaming peripherals, today announced new specifications for its Trident Z Neo series DDR4 memory, optimized for the new AMD Ryzen 5000 processors. With ultra-high speed up to DDR4-4000 CL16-19-39 32GB (16GBx2), extremely low latency when working with DDR4-3800 CL14-16-36 32GB (16GBx2) and a large capacity kit when working with DDR4-4000 CL18-22-22-42 64GB (32GBx2), these memory games are an ideal choice for computer enthusiasts and gamers who want to push the memory bandwidth of the new AMD Ryzen 5000 processors to the limit.
Optimized for ultra-high frequency, high capacity and low latency
With memory support on the latest AMD Ryzen 5000 processors, the G.SKILL research team has pushed the performance limits and added superior performance to the G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Series, whether you’re looking for extreme frequency, high tuning or extremely low latency.
At high memory speeds, the Trident Z Neo DDR4-4000 CL16-19-39 32GB (16GBx2) increases the memory speed support for AMD platforms to DDR4-4000 compared to the previous generation of processors. This memory set, built using Samsung’s high quality B-Dies, also features a low latency CL16. This memory specification is shown below and runs in a 1:1 ratio on an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero and MSI MEG X570 GODLIKE motherboard with the latest AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and Ryzen 5 5600X processors.
