Perfect World Mobile recently released the Assassin class, and we’re here to help you on your journey if you decide to explore the world as one of them. As a type Assassins are specialized in fast attacks and single-target bursts, which makes them very effective in PVP and as boss killers.
What makes them even more interesting is that they’re tough characters. When your killer becomes Invisible, some of his faculties evolve. These advanced powers usually do more damage and sometimes even change their properties.
Best of all, they also have a lot of useful movements that are not only damaged. They have skills that polish themselves, influence their mobility and even their invincibility.
Now, some players may mock your killer if you cause a terrible DPS. This usually happens when you have no control over your constructions or don’t know what your qualifications do.
In this video we’ll give you a summary of his exceptional skills – what to focus on as you move to the next level, and what to focus on once you’ve been cultivated by a Sage or Demon, hoping you’ll manage to sneak up on a Sneak and make those who mock you run for fear of your increased damage.
Your basic skills are your life, so don’t worry about improving them. In fact, you want to spam all the skills you have in turns if you can. Not only the 4 basic skills, in most runs you really have to go through the whole skill wheel – not only for damage, but also for survival.
Walking in the shade
Let’s start with one of your core competencies: Shadow walk. This makes you invisible, which means you can’t be seen, but be careful, because you can still be damaged in AOE attacks.
However, the most important aspect of Shadow Walk is that it upgrades your skills to improved versions that are back to normal after use. Best of all, Stealth cooldowns don’t depend on your usual skills, so if they are well-timed, they can lead to a tidal wave of skills.
Hotkey
This skill will be your best friend on your journey as a murderer. This is your first basic skill. It’s on the car. It has one of the fastest coolers in the whole kit, so don’t hesitate to spam it.
Though invisible, the Quickstrike Lockmaw, causing more damage to the enemies of the EVP.
Scanning
The sweep makes a small sprint before damaging the target and smearing the enemies nearby with damage. It is an important step forward for the first EPPs and PVPs.
It’s cheap and has motion options to chase and block moving opponents, so it’s good as an opener. Because it is invisible, it turns into a rib bump that increases the damage caused by splashing.
Threaded shovel
This is a nice option because it has a short run before you hit an opponent several times. Although invisible, it becomes Beheaded, the PVP version of Lockmaw, because it rots the target and causes more damage to the player’s characters.
It doesn’t make much sense to use Decapitate in PVE runs because it doesn’t do any extra damage, but a few movements of the basic version make it a good move for a spin.
Underwater shock
Subsea Strike is my favorite movement in the whole Assassin series. You maximize the spider close to you for a lot of damage. You can’t be a target or do any damage, so it’s a good way to respond to a large incoming attack like the AOE scene boss, which is difficult to avoid. It burns a lot of mana, but the setting of invincibility is worth it.
Farstrike
Farstrike is another option of your OCWA for EVP, but is more often used in PVP. It allows you to move forward and put everything you’ve been through to the test. The cooldown is reset if you manage to kill a player with it, so it is usually reserved as a finisher by those who flee the battle.
Voice
The stem is suitable for three things. First of all, it’s an evasive motion. It teleports you behind the enemy, making it a good way to dodge attacks as you prepare to attack. The second is that it gives you the unique Wolf Seal, which increases your attack and launch speed and also gives you a reload reduction.
And finally, Invisible is not erased. This means that you can go from a safe distance to the Shadow and then go to Beheaded or Lokmau with a short break.
Chi Thrust
Chi Burst is a fan of the franchise. For the price of a chi bar you get an increased attack and invincibility in the short term. Although it is a good movement at first, you will find that chi is a valuable resource and is best used for better movements. Increasing the damage is fun, but you spend less time attacking and need every second you have to do damage (and dodge). That’s why we prefer you to use your Chi to jump Dash, especially in high-impact dungeons.
Throwing knife
This move is funny, because the title is throwing a knife, but the description says you shoot arrows. In any case, throwing a knife is your only long-distance skill that doesn’t move towards your opponent. It is a niche, but especially useful in certain boss fights that are constantly surrounded by projectiles.
The knife also throws seals and slows down, so it’s a good chase for enemies who like to move or run away.
Jump bulkhead
Scouting is a great way to protect yourself and escape. I usually use it right away when I make 2 bars of chi. Once you’ve reached Sage, you’ll have access to bone damage for this step, which is a recommended mustmax as soon as you can, especially if you want to reach the same DPS level as Archers and Masters.
Blood colour
It’s one of your best moves as a killer. It’ll give you the bloodlust and the will to party. The thirst for blood makes it possible to drain HP depending on your damage, so at least there is a built-in way for you to resist anything other than avoidance.
Berserk, on the other hand, directly increases the damage of your party, makes a better healing of leeches through bloodlust, and in general a better DPS for your entire party.
Tidal mantra
The third part of your chi-movements, the tidal mantra, frees you from your retreats and then gives you invisibility and disappearance for a short period of time, which means that you cannot be directed, seen or hurt while the buffer is active.
It’s a great way to turn things around when you’re in a state of shock, but since it costs 2 chi bars, you should only consider it if you don’t have a servant to support you. As we said before, Chi is best suited for Bouncing Dash.
