- Communication is very important, especially in the fast and intense battles that Planet 2 entails, so listen to both your Team Leader and your Platoon Leader.
- Cross-country skiers are always welcome on the train.
- You can never have too much candy in the sun.
- Instead of using floating gliders like c4 feys, you can use a glider with a safe fall module. This way you have a better chance of getting rid of the bad guys before they realize what happened to them.
- Air Guards are the most effective ground and air units to create a no-fly zone for enemy ESF.
- Burst shooting is a good technique that allows you to keep a line of fire on your target while sacrificing less accuracy.
- Place the tank mines behind sufficient cover. Vehicles in urgent need of repair will race.
- Pull straight from left to right for a better chance of survival face-to-face.
- No matter how long it takes, expect something to happen.
- Hard light barriers are effective in stopping your target and giving you an advantage.
- If you are an experienced intruder, use the Cordion Bomb and place it under the heat of the sun. This will give the timer better coverage before it is dispersed.
- If your platoon leader calls Max to crash and you don’t have enough nanites, equip your engineer class with Pandora, don’t use pellet ammo. With this gun, you have the best chance of killing Max in close combat.
- If you are a doctor at any point, hide in a corner to avoid being killed first. This gives you the ability to throw wake-up grenades with increased coverage time.
- If you are within the orbital typing parameters, anchor at the nearest corner and run in place. This will limit the damage.
- False shells can distract the turrets.
- If you have a microphone, even if you’re not in charge, calling can save you and your platoon a lot of time, etc, etc. “Attention, there is a maximum on A”.
What not to do
- Never go to biology lab battles. The only exception is the Ikanam Bio Lab, if your platoon or troop leader decides to go there.
- Not shooting in camouflaged sunlight, giving away the location of our hatchery is the last thing we want to do.
- If the majority of your party is in combat, do not engage in combat unless your section/party deems it necessary.
- Don’t overload the generators of the amplifier stations, multiply the GSDs. They let you cross the barriers.
- Don’t blow up car terminals, let burglars hack them so we can use them to our advantage.
- Never place routers in trees.
- If the platoon or troop leader asks people to hoist beacons, call out each time you hoist a beacon. No two beacons can be in the same group, so the last beacon placed overwrites the old one.
- Do not start automatic spawning immediately, but check the map to make sure there are no solutions closer to spawning.
- As a medic, if one of your teammates decides to disobey orders and fight outside the point building, do nothing to save him or her, because losing a medic trying to hold the point is the last thing the platoon needs.
- Do not place infantry mines around the point; you risk the safety of your teammates. Place them outside the area.
- Don’t go into battle blind, use the buddy system and fight with another ally.
