Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is a big expansion for the Pathfinder RPG, adding a new class, a new playable race, and a new monster type. The player characters in this expansion are pious crusaders called the Righteous, who fight the forces of Hell and establish divine fortresses called Bastions. By contrast, the three supernaturally-themed classes in the expansion are the heretic, the inquisitor, and the warpriest. Each class focuses on a different approach to fighting the forces of Hell: the heretic and inquisitor use holy magic and weapons, and the warpriest uses the power of the divine to enhance its martial arts abilities. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is one of the most anticipated and yet hyped games of the year, and we didn’t believe it would be anything less than amazing. We were not disappointed. If you’re familiar with the original Pathfinder system, you’ll find more of the same in this adventure. A lot of the same mechanics, such as the skill system and the concept of “moral” and “non-moral” domains, still persist. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is a rip-roaring adventure, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good fantasy romp..
