Many of them are available as soon as you can explore Kamurocho, but some are locked until you reach certain chapters, like B. the one in Westpark. Only one achievement is connected to the lockers themselves, namely the key collector, for which you have to open 10 lockers in the game. There’s really no reason to open all the lockers in the meantime, except that many of them contain in-game OP items that will help the other achievements. - On the street, right next to the SEGA club.
- Move the coin boxes and go to the first person. Left of the white panel with the blue frame is the key.
- In the middle of the road, just south of Kanray.
- When you enter this alley, turn left and look at the air conditioners in the first room. POINT OF PLAY: Map 1-1-1.
- There is a small area with benches and trees on the left side of the Millennium, the key is in the tree on the left closest to the building.
- There’s a blue vending machine behind New Serena. The building in front of it has a key on the corner, you have to look up in the first person.
- In the SEGA club, the key is upstairs. POINT OF PLAY: The Royal Joker card.
- In the men’s section, far left.
- In the parking lot, go all the way to the right of the entrance. Look in the first person and you’ll see a key in the vertical tubes.
- The key is on the ground in the middle of the driveway, hard to miss. POINT OF PLAY: Map 1-1-1.
- Inside the Bikini Bar, on the floor, in front of the entrance to the lounge. He’s standing in front of the guard.
- In Champion County, in the southwest corner. It’s on the floor next to the trash can.
- In store M it is located on the gangway just before the entrance, at the back of the store.
- In West Park, it’s just to the right of the entrance.
- It’s in the middle of the street in front of New Serena.
- In Public Park 3, it’s under the bench on the left.
- There’s a fire escape on this street. You must enter by the first person looking up and to the right. The button is located on the lamp. Goro Pearls, too.
- The key is in the middle of the street, in a cul-de-sac.
- There’s a vending machine in front of the Vulcan facility. The key is right in front of him.
- In the playroom, the key is at the end of the inner corridor.
- In Purgatory, find the key on the roof of the cage located just after the entrance to the Coliseum on the left. You have to go to the first person who notices.
- In the pawn shop, on the floor.
- In the Bantam, on the big speaker in the back. POINT OF PLAY: The charm of blackjack.
- West Park has two trucks out back. Go to the first one and take the key from the right ladder.
- In New Serena, keep the lights on at the back door. You have to come in first to get there.
- In the Mahjong Orchid Palace, the key lies on the floor between the tables.
- Behind the SEGA club is a back door with a key. POINT OF PLAY: One-sided cigarette.
- The key is in the middle of the alley, just west of the Millennium Tower.
- In Purgatory, the key lies on an empty chair at the poker table.
- In the Butting Center, at the back, you first need to go inside to get the key, which is in the ventilation shaft.
- Inside the bar, the key lies in a jar in the corner.
- In this small alley you first have to go inside to find the key on the metal slot above the garbage bags.
- The key is at one of the rooftop lofts south of Westpark.
- In the Stardust, the key is on the top floor in the glass case on the right.
- In Purgatory, the key is in the registration area of the Coliseum, in the dome of light. At eye level, on the wall opposite the counter.
- In the Kyushu star #1, the key is in the back, by the orange door.
- In the Alpine café the key is on the floor directly to the left when you enter.
- The key is on the floor, just west of the theatre square. POINT OF PLAY: Red Pearl.
- In the small area next to the scientist in the Champions Zone, you can find the key by looking at the forest to his right. It rests on crossed supports.

- In Poppo, on the floor by the entrance. You can see it when you come in.
- In the alley north of Poppo, here, entering from the west entrance, look at the left wall. The key is on the lines above the two blue bins, you have to be in the first person to see it.
- In Kotobuki Drugs, on the left-hand shelf. He’s a little hard to spot, just walk up to him.
- The key is in the parking lot, on the ground.
- In the box, the key is on the tree between the bench and the toilet, you have to go in first to get it.
- This key is the top of one of the Christmas trees north of the Millennium Tower.
- On the northeast corner of the Champion Neighborhood is a building with a wooden door to the corner. Go in the first person and look at the grey canopy on his right.
- In West Park, stand behind the entrance to Purgatory and enter by the first person to remove the key from the concrete roof.
- South of the New York Hotdog, or to the right if you’re ahead. Two pillars frame the stairs below, and the key is on top of the left pillar, you have to be the first to grab it.
- To the right of the Hotel Volesia sign is a high-voltage pylon. Go in first, and you’ll see a key stuck in the small space where the light comes from the pole.
