Unlike the first elusive target in Hitman 3 Deceivers, this time there is only one target to kill. The opening scene explains exactly why this target, Jimmy Chen, needs to be taken out, and it’s worth paying attention to some clues about his location on the map.
Since this is an Elusive Target mission, you have a chance to complete it after you complete the objectives. In this case, it means you can restart the mission as many times as you want, until you’ve killed Jimmy Chen. Follow our guide and repeat the path a few times, catching the target first. This way, you can learn what to look out for if you want to achieve the goal.
Note that if you die, you cannot retry the elusive target. Going somewhere undetected is the key to survival. If you are discovered but you haven’t started the mission yet you can start the mission again and try to earn the title of Silent Assassin again.

To make this guide as accessible as possible, start with Habor, the first location you get for this site. All you need is a standard 47 agent, a gun with silencer and a fiber optic cable.
This elusive target is located on the island of Sgail in Hitman 2. You can only access it if you have unlocked the Hitman 2 content in Hitman 3. You will be asked to do this before you start the mission. Once you have unlocked the location and set up the download, you can begin the task.
Step 1: Masking

From your starting position, walk up the stairs until you are in the first courtyard, just past the arch you see in the photo above. Once there, you’ll see another staircase on your left.
Hide behind the wall on the right side of these stairs. There are bricks on the floor that can be used for the next game. Throw a coin or a brick in the corner of this area. Your goal is to attack one of the guards and get him as far out of sight as possible.

As soon as you flip a coin in that corner, get out of the way. Wait until the guard comes down to examine it. When they do, you overpower them and pull their bodies into the corner. No one here will know. Take the coat over his body and go up the stairs.
Step 2: In the gallery

As soon as you go up those stairs and open the door, you’ll see the bar. You must now leave this area through an opening on the left, a colossal archway lined with guards on the other side. Walk to the end of this path and you will come to a large crowd.

You need to go up the stairs on the right side of the picture above. The only problem is that there is an enforcer who sees through your cover. To go around it, go to the church on the left, just after the stairs in the photo above.
You should see a man in a white suit looking for chips. On the right hand side of the property is an opening to a corridor leading to the first floor. You can follow him and go through the back wall so they don’t see you.

Go up the stairs and across the room. You want to go to the left side in this area. On the right side is a camera that catches you. Occasionally a guard patrol will also move into the area to the right, and one of the guards is someone who can see you. If you see this patrol, sit down and use the furniture for cover.

Go left where the wall ends and go through the door behind the arch. When you open it, go to the left and you’ll see the gallery.

Step 3: Find Jimmy Chen
Jimmy Chen is dressed like every other server in the room. We noticed that he always visits the same places. To identify them, wait until one of the servers moves to the back left corner of the gallery in the image above. He’ll start talking into the recorder.

When you find him, watch his movements carefully. When he goes to the right side of the gallery, go through it and stand in front of one of the red walls. You have to perform some sort of animation that the target won’t do until you get their approval.

If Chen takes a picture of one of the rooms, you can come and talk to him. This leads to an awkward conversation in which he tries to justify his actions before resting. Once Chen starts to leave the area, follow him.

Step 4: Milling Jimmy Chen
We made several attempts to get that elusive contract, and each time Chen did the same thing. Once through the doors in the image above, he will enter the bathroom on the other side, on his right. He will open the door, pause, and then enter.

If he’s inside and closes the door, it’s locked. They must have gotten closer to the door, because Jimmy Chen stopped in the doorway. And if he goes, you go. Then you can close the door, remove the fiber cable and kill the target.

Take the tape recorder after you killed Jimmy. You don’t have to hide your body. No one else comes into this bathroom.
Step 5: Output

Before you leave the bathroom, use your instincts to make sure no one looks outside and sees a dead body. At this point you can’t continue the mission if you killed Jimmy Chan. If you want to practice finding the exit, control the goal and don’t take the recorder. You can then go through the route and familiarize yourself with it before tackling the mission.
Go back to the gallery and the door by which you came here. This time, instead of going right, open the door on the left.

It leads outside. There should be a path that takes you up a flight of stairs to a group of guards. Don’t go in there. Instead, go right down the wooden stairs, through the tall grass.

The room in front of the door on the ground floor is not guarded. Go through that and then through the door on the right side of this room. The outer courtyard is filled with guards, one of whom is an executioner.

The exit is on the left side in the picture above. When you’re sure the enforcer isn’t looking, bend down and sneak through the exit. Once you reach the drain pipe, the mission is accomplished. If you followed all the advice in this guide, you will complete the mission with the rank of Silent Assassin.
